911 Dispatcher Series - Handling Methamphetamine Calls

The safety of first responders (law enforcement officers, fire fighters, EMS personnel) as well as children and the general public hinge on the correct procedures being followed by the dispatcher. This course will outline the key factors that help determine if the call is methamphetamine related and the specific steps that need to be followed for successful handling of those calls.
